Connect a Helpdesk
Integrate Keva with Help Scout and other helpdesk platforms
If you already use a helpdesk platform, you can connect Keva to work alongside it instead of using direct email integration.

- A Help Scout account with API access
- Admin permissions in Help Scout
- A Keva account
Setup Steps
How It Works
Once connected:
- New conversations in Help Scout appear in Keva
- Keva responses are sent through Help Scout
- Status changes sync in both directions
- Tags and assignments are preserved
Sync Behavior

Using Both Systems
When Keva is connected to a helpdesk:
- AI responses go through your helpdesk's email infrastructure
- Reporting is available in both systems
- Team members can use either interface
- Customers see consistent branding from your helpdesk
Disconnecting
To disconnect a helpdesk:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find the connected helpdesk
- Click Disconnect
Disconnecting stops sync but doesn't delete historical data in either system.
