Approval controls in source
The prototype contains tap buttons for reviewing AI-drafted replies and platform actions. No swipe implementation or deployed outcome is proved.
Ticket screens in source
SwiftUI source includes ticket details, conversation history, reply, and internal-note screens. Authenticated mobile product behavior is unverified.
Push plumbing, not delivery
Device-token and notification-handler source exists. There is no proved server push producer, APNs/provider delivery, or independent product read-back.
Refreshable analytics summary
The prototype loads a REST summary on screen load, period changes, or manual refresh. It is not live, and current source does not load CSAT or a daily series.
Tap actions
Approval cards use tap controls with haptic feedback. No swipe gesture is implemented in the current companion source.
Mobile design direction
The separate source explores a focused native interface and interaction details. The mock-up on this page is a preview, not release or compatibility proof.

The companion currently exists as separate source, not a public App Store build. Deployment, authenticated journeys, push delivery, and product behavior remain unverified.
Current source targets iOS 17; release-device compatibility is unverified.
